Agreement to Terms​

By accessing or using EMILY.RPA software and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service​

EMILY.RPA is a robotic process automation (RPA) software that enables users to automate repetitive tasks and workflows. The Service includes desktop automation, web automation, data processing, and various integration capabilities.

User Accounts​

Account Registration​

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Restrictions​

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users comply with these terms.

Acceptable Use​

You May​

  • Use the Service for legitimate business automation purposes
  • Create and deploy automation workflows within your licensed capacity
  • Integrate the Service with your authorized systems and applications

You May Not​

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Service to automate activities that violate website terms of service
  • Share your license with unauthorized users

Intellectual Property Rights​

The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by BILINK CORP. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Rights​

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

User Content​

You retain ownership of any workflows, scripts, or configurations you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Fees and Payment​

Subscription Fees​

  • Fees are based on your selected subscription plan
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Free Trial​

We may offer a free trial period. We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility and modify trial terms at any time.

Service Availability​

Uptime​

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Maintenance​

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BILINK CORP. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties

Data and Privacy​

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination​

By You​

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

By Us​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • For non-payment
  • For illegal or harmful activities

Effect of Termination​

Upon termination:

  • You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BILINK CORP. regarding the Service.

Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver​

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment​

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
